These Terms of Service apply when you visit vapenavigator.com, create an account, contact us or place an order with VapeNavigator. In these terms, “VapeNavigator”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website, and “you” refers to the visitor or customer.
1. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for ensuring the information you provide is current and accurate.

By using the store or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older if a higher minimum age applies where you live, and that you are legally permitted to purchase the relevant product. 3. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, stock levels and prices accurate. Packaging, colours and minor product details can vary between manufacturing batches. Puff counts and similar performance figures are manufacturer estimates; actual use may vary.
Products may be withdrawn, limited or made unavailable without notice. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy the selected products. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, payment problems, suspected fraud, quantity limits, delivery restrictions or inaccurate customer information.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. You must provide complete billing, delivery and contact information. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders are prepared from our Sydney warehouse. Standard delivery within Australia is sent through Australia Post Standard Parcel Post and is charged at a fixed rate of A$20 per order.
Processing and delivery estimates are guides rather than guaranteed dates. Tracking information is provided after dispatch where available. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
6. Cancellations, returns and product issues
Once an order enters processing or dispatch, it may not be possible to cancel or change it. Requests involving incorrect, damaged or faulty items are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Website content
The text, graphics, layout, logos and other original material on this website belong to VapeNavigator or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our content without permission.
